The performance of computer and secured servers also peaked over the year. Switzerland also showed a progressive increase in investment in high-tech enablers such as cloud, AI, and IoT, echoing the growing demand for these services. Overall, GCI indicators for user experience have improved. In particular, the number of Internet users and mobile broadband affordability have facilitated a growth in demand for e-commerce.
