Media Statement for Ms. Sabrina Meng’s Bail Hearing on Dec 11th

ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္တို႔၏ ေကာ္ပိုေရးရွင္း ဘ႑ာေရးအမႈေဆာင္အရာရွိခ်ဳပ္ Ms. Meng Wanzhou အား ကေနဒါ အာဏာပိုင္းမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ အေမရိကန္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုကိုယ္စား ထိန္းသိမ္းထားျခင္းမွ အာမခံျဖင့္ လႊတ္ေပးရန္ သေဘာတူခဲ့ပါသည္။  အေမရိကန္ႏွင့္ ကေနဒါ တရားစီရင္ေရးအေနၿဖင့္ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲတရားေရးရာကိစၥမ်ားတြင္ နိဂံုးခ်ဳပ္စီရင္ခ်က္ခ်ႏိုင္မည္ဟု ကြ်န္ပ္တို႔ယံုၾကည္ပါသည္။ ေဖာ္ျပၿပီးခဲ့သည့္အတိုင္း Huawei အေနျဖင့္ UN ၊ US ႏွင့္ EU ႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၏ ကုန္တင္ပို႔ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒမ်ားႏွင့္ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားအပါအဝင္ ၎လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္ရာႏိုင္ငံ၊ ေဒသတိုင္း၏ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ ဥပေဒမ်ား၊ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားကို လုိုက္နာပါသည္။ ယခုကိစၥႏွင့္ စပ္လ်ဥ္း၍ အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တေၿပးညီဆံုးၿဖတ္ခ်က္ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္ရန္ ကြ်ႏု္ပ္တို႔ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါသည္။

The Canadian authorities have agreed to release our CFO, Ms. Meng Wanzhou, on bail following her detainment on behalf of the United States of America. We have every confidence that the Canadian and US legal systems will reach a just conclusion in the following proceedings. As we have stressed all along, Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, including export control and sanction laws of the UN, US, and EU. We look forward to a timely resolution of this matter.
