Huawei Bangladesh celebrates 25th
How time flies!
In 2023, Huawei celebrates 25th year of doing business in Bangladesh. It's been a great journey. Back then, few Bangladeshis could enjoy access to a phone connection, largely because of the poor wireless coverage outside cities. Over 20 years ago, Huawei took on the challenge to provide rural coverage country wide. That mission was accomplished and local companies like bKash can now take advantage of this connectivity to offer basic banking services across the nation.
Now looking forward to many more years of progress in Bangladesh.
