In Chile, the world's southernmost grocery store uses 5G
(Oct. 2023) Donning a Caribbean pirate-style hat, Simon Navarrete, the owner of Simon & Simon, runs the largest store in Chile's Puerto Williams, the world’s southernmost town.
Despite the isolation of Puerto Williams, Simon & Simon implements the latest digital technologies. 5G networks that now cover Puerto Williams have only made it easier to support the store's digital transformation.
