Top talent trains hard in Poland

300 students from 11 European countries assembled in Poland in mid-October 2022 to prep for the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) World Finals.  The 3-day training camp, organized by ICPC’s University Commons and co-hosted by Huawei and the University of Wroclaw, took place at Pierwoszów, a village located near Wroclaw.  Divided in about 40 teams, the students honed their skills in mathematical modeling, algorithms, programming and data structure, coached by math talent from all over the world.

In 2022, the 45th ICPC Annual ICPC World Finals is in Dhaka, Bangladesh on Nov 6-11. ICPC is a premier programming contest often compared to a real Olympic Games for students and postgraduates.
