(Oct. 2024) Huawei's Malaysia Tech Assistance Center responds to urgent customer requests 24/7, 365 days per year.  The Everyday Heroes who work there support the communications networks of 30 countries in Asia that account for 1/3 of the world's population. When a customer spots a possible network issue, a call to MTAC generates an instant response. This video provides a look behind the scene at what MTAC does and the people who serve there.
