In Malaysia, from an inspiring rural upbringing to the peaks of digitalization

(April 2024) Joe Ming, a 26-year-old native of Perak, Malaysia, has harbored a fervent passion for information technology since his formative years. This enthusiasm culminated in his active participation in the Huawei ICT Competition Global Finals in 2021, where he demonstrated exceptional prowess during his university tenure. 

His outstanding performance not only earned him acclaim but also secured him the opportunity to compete at the global finals in Shenzhen, China.
The experience proved to be a pivotal juncture for Joe Ming, exposing him to Huawei's cutting-edge technological advancements and igniting a profound desire to forge a career within the esteemed organization. Currently, he is a dedicated graduate student pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science at Universiti Sains Malaysia. 

Throughout his academic journey, Joe Ming has diligently accumulated knowledge in the dynamic realm of information technology. Building on his academic foundation, Joe Ming has successfully transitioned to the professional sphere, joining Huawei Asia Pacific as a Global Service Technical Engineer in the GRSC department. Noteworthy is his commendable trajectory from an outsourced employee to a recognized member of the Huawei workforce. Joe Ming continues to contribute to Huawei's success by leveraging his technical expertise and commitment to excellence in the ever-evolving field of information technology.
