Meet the Huawei Japan team

Who is Huawei?  In this series of individual interviews with employees in Japan, we give a face to the company’s presence in the land of the rising sun and learn what makes our Japanese colleagues tick.  

In this video, we meet a young woman who joined the company in 2020 after she gave up a dream to work in the airline industry. Never mind.  She found she could rise to meet new challenges at Huawei.

Next, we learn about a male employee who’s been at Huawei since 2010. Whether it’s building a house for his grandparents or developing meaningful technology in Japan, he says that we can find ways to make dreams come true at every career stage.
