We cordially invite you to the 10th Global Mobile Broadband Forum hosted by Huawei, with support from industry partners GSMA and GTI, in Zurich, Switzerland, on October 15 and 16, 2019. This year's forum will be held at the Messe Zürich exhibition center. We hope you will join us there!
Over the ten years the Global Mobile Broadband Forum has been held—from the first forum in Oslo in 2010 to this year's forum in Zurich, it has consistently attracted information and communication technology (ICT) industry leaders and elites from across the world. The forum has also continuously promoted deep interactions and exchanges among global mobile network operators, vertical industry leaders, and partners in the ecosystem. These different industry players are brought together to explore new ways to promote the industry's sustainable growth.
Discussions at this year's forum will focus on the future of mobile connectivity, including future industry trends from the introduction of 5G, the Internet of Things, and the mobile broadband industry. Other discussion focuses will include artificial intelligence, cloud-based virtual and augmented reality, the Internet of Vehicles, and robots. These new digital technologies will create an intelligent world by building an internet of everything that includes every person, every household, and every organization.
We are still confirming speakers for the different topics that will be explored at the forum. However, our process for selecting speakers is exacting. As such, only the most knowledgeable and influential industry experts were invited to share their valuable experience and opinions with forum participants.
The 2019 Global Mobile Broadband Forum will mark an important milestone in the ICT industry's history, as it is being held in a year that marks 10 years of 4G's commercial use and the start of 5G's commercial use.
We eagerly await your attendance at the forum, where we will together explore ways of promoting digital inclusivity to allow more people to benefit from digital technology.
We look forward to seeing you in Switzerland in October!
