Huawei Launches AUTINOps Solution to Redefine the New Paradigm of Intelligent Operations

【Barcelona, Spain, March 3, 2026】 During the 4th Intelligent Operations Forum at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2026), Huawei officially launched AUTINOps, the industry’s first AI-Native intelligent operations solution. It upgrades network operations from traditional “tool-assist engineers” model to an intelligent predictive and preventive operations paradigm featuring “expert + digital employees collaboration”.

The forum brought together guests from operators and industries including TM Forum, Ooredoo Group, MTN South Africa, and Globe. Through practical sharing, scenario co-creation, and achievement demonstration, participants shared the latest progress and value outcomes of intelligent operations transformation.

AUTINOps Solution Launch Ceremony

O&M domain is undergoing a new generational upgrade, featured in three aspects: agentic AI-driven closed-loop autonomous operations processes; unified management and efficient collaboration of multi-agents enabled by domain agentic models and high-quality Digital Twin Network (DTN); and the new working model of “experts + digital employees”.

As an AI-Native solution, AUTINOps acts as the operating system for intelligent operations domain, consisting of three layers:

  • Platform Layer: The kernel of the O&M operating system with three core capabilities:
  1. End-to-end Digital Twin Network (DTN): Real-time cross-domain, cross-layer awareness and simulation of multi-vendor network status.
  2. EDNS 2.0, a service domain agentic model: Equipped with a new Transformer-based risk prediction model, achieving over 80% risk identification accuracy and above 90% diagnosis accuracy, enabling “dual protection” with T-1 predictive prevention and T-0 active response.
  3. Unified semantic data foundation: Standardizes telecom domain knowledge representation and semantic understanding, supporting accurate knowledge graph-based reasoning and compliance with telecom operations rules.
  • Agent Layer: Scenario-based AI agents (“digital employees”) Huawei has launched more than 20 AI Agents, including the MBB Fault Agent for autonomous fault closed-loop and the Risk Handling Agent for proactive risk identification. With AI Agent development toolchain (Agent Studio), AUTINOps enables operators and partners to rapidly develop scenario-specific AI Agents.
  • Service Layer: “Expert + digital employees” hybrid team, reshapes opoeartions processes and optimizes organizational and talent skillset models. Huawei continues to empower efficient collaboration between engineers and “digital employees” through data governance, knowledge extraction, and model optimization, making AUTINOps increasingly intelligent.

Lucas Lu, Vice President of Huawei GTS, stated: “A new era of intelligent operations has arrived. The upgraded AUTINOps solution will help operators address challenges, create greater value, redefine the operations paradigm, and accelerate progress toward AN L4.”
