Huawei Unveils the First AI-Native Framework for Intelligent Operations and New-Generation Solutions,Enable All Intelligence
[Barcelona, Spain, March 2, 2026] At MWC Barcelona 2026, Mr. Bruce Xun, President of Huawei Global Technical Service, introduced the industry's first AI-Native framework for intelligent operations. This groundbreaking launch featured a suite of new-generation solutions built on this framework: Agentic BSS, SmartCare Intelligence, and AUTINOps. They aim to accelerate the establishment of a new paradigm for intelligent operations, create new value, and enable all intelligence.
Bruce Xun, President of Huawei Global Technical Service, officially released the AI-Native framework and new-generation solutions.
AI-Native Framework Pioneers New Paradigm for Intelligent Operations, Creating New Value
Mr. Bruce Xun emphasized that AI-native is far more than a technical concept; it is a systematic framework designed to integrate advanced AI technologies into production environments, delivering tangible outcomes. This framework is underpinned by three pillars:
1. Outcome-oriented: Tackling long-standing issues that traditional solutions could not resolve, while proactively addressing future challenges to create new value.
2. DTN & Domain model-driven: Leveraging network digital twins and telecom-domain models to enable optimal solutions and close the loop.
3. Agentic operations: Reinventing workflows, organizations, talent development, skills, and business models. This facilitates seamless collaboration between human experts and digital employees, unleashing transformative productivity.
Agentic BSS: Intent-driven Offering Design and Empathetic Marketing
It features a Digital Manager Agent that continuously segments user groups and models user consumption to anticipate potential needs. By synchronizing the Offer Agent, Product Agent, and Assessment Agent, new offerings can be designed, evaluated, and launched within hours. Driven by SmartCare's precise experience perception, the system ensures the right offering reaches the right user at the right time—a concept Huawei calls 'Empathetic Marketing and Care'.
SmartCare Intelligence: Redefining Network Optimization—Just-in-Time Network Optimization Based on Intelligent Network Data
Powered by the upgraded SRCON 2.0, SmartCare Intelligence leverages the User Experience Large Model (UELM) and Beam Space Large Model (BSLM) to analyze intelligent network data in real time. It automatically simulates, generates, and delivers optimal optimization solutions for immediate network performance gains. This transforms 'User-Seeking-Network' into 'Best Network Always Ready'.
AUTINOps: T-1 + T0 "Dual Protection" O&M
Powered by a cross-domain, multi-vendor digital twin network (DTN) and the EDNS 2.0 operations model, AUTINOps continuously performs scanning of network and service status in real-time, identifies potential risks, and generates recovery solutions to ensure the effectiveness of backup and disaster recovery mechanisms at the T0 moment, thereby guaranteeing ultra-high service stability and continuity. By eliminating risks at the T-1 moment and achieving rapid fault recovery at the T0 moment, this approach establishes a new "Dual Protection" paradigm of predictive and preventive intelligent operations.
More importantly, Mr. Bruce Xun emphasized that AI without robust connectivity remains an information silo, and limited computing power constrains the scale of intelligence.
He highlighted the importance of site and central office (CO) modernization and a robust computing foundation.
Huawei's professional network integration and computing platform services are dedicated to building green, resilient, and high-quality networks and a Facility&Infra-Ready, Operation-Ready, and Performance-Ready computing foundation.
At the end of his speech, Mr. Bruce Xun called upon global industry partners to collaboratively refine the AI-native framework, accelerate the transition to autonomous network (AN) L4 and the new paradigm of intelligent operations, and lead the way to All Intelligence.
MWC Barcelona 2026 will be held from March 2 to March 5 in Barcelona, Spain. During the event, Huawei will showcase its latest products and solutions at stand 1H50 in Fira Gran Via Hall 1.
The era of agentic networks is now approaching fast, and the commercial adoption of 5G-A at scale is gaining speed. Huawei is actively working with carriers and partners around the world to unleash the full potential of 5G-A and pave the way for the evolution to 6G. We are also creating AI-Centric Network solutions to enable intelligent services, networks, and network elements (NEs), speeding up the large-scale deployment of level-4 autonomous networks (AN L4), and using AI to upgrade our core business. Together with other industry players, we will create leading value-driven networks and AI computing backbones for a fully intelligent future.
