This map closely aligns with two dimensions: the AI technology stack and business processes. It encompasses four layers—computing, model, application, and business—and covers 22 roles and 71 core competencies across operation, development, and business domains. This initiative establishes talent competence standards in both technical and business fields, providing clear guidance for the formulation of national ICT talent policies, enterprise talent cultivation, and talent reserve strategies in educational institutions.

Talent Development: Driving Business Innovation and Accelerating Academic Discipline Upgrading

For enterprises, we offer an integrated "learning -training -practice " professional skill development program to comprehensively enhance AI application development capabilities and drive business innovation. For universities, we introduce the AI Practice Lab, an industry-education integration solution that collaborates with academic institutions to co-develop courses and trainers, accelerating the upgrade of "AI + disciplines" and reserving talent for the industry.
