[Barcelona, Spain,March 6, 2025] The 17th Huawei User Group Meeting (HUGM) themed Succeed with Quality for a Better Future was held from March 2 to March 5 during MWC Barcelona 2025.

At the conference, Huawei made a summary of its achievements in rectifying 2024's most pressing issues to the Advisory Board (AB) of HUGM. More than 600 carrier customers from around the world participated in domain-specific workshops and exchanges, and discussed how to continuously improve product and service solutions to solve current problems and cope with future challenges.

SmartCare Improves Network NPS and User Satisfaction

Carriers expect visualized user experience management and enhanced complaint handling efficiency. To meet such requirements, the new SmartCare solution leverages the network NPS (N-NPS) user satisfaction perception model and spatiotemporal digital twin to accurately identify potential detractors and passives. The solution also implements the closed-loop management of network performance issues through precise network optimization, effectively reducing the detractor proportion and complaint rate while maintaining a superb service quality.
