Richfit and Huawei Sign Advanced Alliance Cooperation Agreement

The agreement signifies that the two companies have taken their cooperation in the Chinese market and global market of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), as wells as global energy and government markets to the next level, marking a new beginning of joint solution development, innovation, and collaboration.

Digital Pipeline Solution: This solution integrates pipeline Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), video surveillance, converged communications, and the IoT technologies, ensuring 24/7 non-stop production and office services. It also displays the production and operating status in real time, reduces losses during oil and gas transportation, improves management efficiency, and guarantees oil and gas transportation security and reliability. The solution makes full use of Richfit’s advantages in production application management, and Huawei’s experience in video surveillance and converged communications, implementing association among Richfit’s production and management platform and Huawei’s video surveillance platform and converged communications platform.
Joint Digital Oilfield Solution: This solution provides complete instruments and meters, as well as various reliable data acquisition terminals and IoT gateways. It also uses a variety of network backhaul technologies, building a strong IoT network for oil and gas fields and supporting data acquisition and production control in real time. Huawei’s network management platform seamlessly connects to Richfit’s SCADA platform, achieving highly efficient operations and maintenance (O&M) and management.
Comprehensive Oil and Gas Campus Solution: Oriented towards comprehensive oil and gas production and living campuses, this solution applies the agile network, video surveillance, and UC technologies to the oil and gas industry, ensuring secure production and convenient office services in a campus. Internet of Vehicles (IoV) Solution: Richfit teams up with Huawei in developing an IoV solution that is applicable to vehicles in special industries, such as oil tank trucks and school buses. In the joint IoV solution, the all-in-one vehicle-mounted gateway transmits a variety of services, and obtains information about vehicles, passengers, and assets in real time. By leveraging a Big Data analytics platform and an end-to-end security protection mechanism, the solution implements unified vehicle dispatch and security control, substantially improving vehicle dispatch efficiency and guaranteeing both personal safety and assets safety.
