——Dato' Sri Dr. Adham Bin Baba MyDIGITAL will further strengthen and elevate the sustainable development of the digital economy by providing a collaborative platform and market demand for digital solutions developed and deployed by local digital technology startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) both in the form of devices and systems as well as software encompassing programmes and artificial intelligence. This will place Malaysia on the trajectory to become a high-tech producer nation.

——Ms. Ajarin Pattanapanchai With regard to the ASEAN Digital Sector, Thailand supports an implementation of the ASEAN Digital Masterplan 2025 which is a strategic approach putting top priority on post COVID – 19 economic resilience, maximizing the potential of ICT and digital technologies for equal access to public and private services, and mobilizing ASEAN's digital economy.

——Mustafa Jabbar The past two years have verified that digital technology is one the most important ecological technology to enhance social and economic recovery and revival, solid implementing infrastructure construction bring ubiquitous link, continuous talent development provides a steady stream of innovative power and an inclusive industrial ecology promotes the rapid development of the industry, we welcome global excellent digital industries partner like Huawei, together to develop one of the most culturally and economically vibrant regions in the world.

——H.E. Satvinder Singh The pandemic has accelerated the pace of digital transformation. In ASEAN, since the COVID-19 pandemic started, 60 million new digital consumers have been added, making ASEAN the third largest internet base with nearly 400 million internet users. ASEAN digital revenue is expected to hit $363 billion by 2025. Digital transformation requires stronger coordinated actions from multiple stakeholders, including the private sector to realize the full potential of digital transformations in ASEAN.

——Simon Lin The digital economy has become a major engine of Asia Pacific economy. Green and Low-carbon technologies have become new drivers for sustainable development.
In order to build a better green digital life with our customers and partners, Huawei will continuously support Asia Pacific build a leading digital infrastructure, create a thriving industry ecosystem, and empower an inclusive society.

——Prof. Paul Cheung National digitalization process is a 'whole of society' initiative, involving all segments of the society. Trust and digital inclusiveness are important issues in building an enabling social context as the backbone of the digital economy.

——Mohamed Djelid In the process of innovation, the issue of inclusiveness must be fully understood and addressed. At UNESCO, there are four main recommendations: Regulations framework, Sustainable institutions and system, Partnerships, Digital literacy. I believe that the public sector and private companies like Huawei should keep working together, striving to reduce the development gap.

——Dr. Saar Shukri Embong We are also keen to have more collaborations with Huawei to enhance our R&D activities, capabilities and capacities to develop future technologies and products such as in the areas of green energy, etc that the Malaysian is focusing on.

——David Lu In the digital-first era, digital infrastructure is the foundation of a country's digital economy.
