Access to Secure Huawei Bond Investor Information
Existing or potential Bond investors and other parties accepted by Huawei are entitled to access a password protected Bond Investor Section on this Website (the "Bond Investor Section") .
In order to gain access to the Bond Investor Section, you will need to first register your details with us on the website. If we agree that you are eligible as an existing or potential Bond Investor representative, you will be given an individual password with which you will be able to login to the Bond Investor Section.
By becoming a registered user of the Bondholder Section you agree that you will:
(a) not let anyone else use your account;
(b) keep your login details, particularly your password, confidential and not disclose it to any third party; and
(c) notify us if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are breaching any of these requirements. We will also terminate your access to the Bond Investor Section if you are no longer a Bond Investor representative.
Software Content
Huawei or its licensors own and retain all rights, including all applicable intellectual property rights, in all software on this website, in both source and binary forms, sample code, APIs, SDKs, associated documentation, and other related materials (collectively, "Software Content").
Unless you have obtained relevant license through other agreement entered between you and Huawei, nothing in this TOU grants any right or license to Software Content to you, and you shall not:
