Mr. Yao Fuhai

Born in 1968, Mr. Yao holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Mr. Yao joined Huawei in 1997 and has served as Director of the Pricing Center, Vice President of the Business Process & IT Mgmt Dept, Vice President of the Strategy Cooperation Dept, Vice President of the Global Technical Sales Dept, President of the Global Technical Service Dept, President of the Global Procurement Qualification Mgmt Dept, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Director of the Group Procurement Management Committee, a member of the Supervisory Board, and a member of the Board. Currently, Mr. Yao serves as an executive member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Supervisory Board Lower House.
