Born in 1975, Mr. Meng holds a master's degree from National University of Singapore. Mr. Meng joined Huawei in 2006 and has served as Director of the Customer Relationship Mgmt Dept and General Manager of Smartcom. Currently, Mr. Meng serves as a member of the Supervisory Board, President of Smartcom, Deputy CEO of the Auto Factory Intelligence BU, Deputy Director of the International Transportation Committee, General Manager of Shanghai Mossel Trading Co., Ltd., General Manager of the International Conference Center, and General Manager of the Staff Service Center.
