Born in 1977, Mr. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from Zhejiang University. Mr. Chen joined Huawei in 2000 and has served as General Manager of the Sweden Representative Office, Director of the Vodafone Account Dept, President of the Central Asia & Caucasia Region, Executive Vice President of the CEE & Nordic European Region, General Manager of the Japan Representative Office, and President of the Carrier Sales Dept. Currently, Mr. Chen serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chief Compliance Officer.
