Through sustained investment in this area, we have formulated and continue to enhance our privacy protection compliance policies and systems, which we incorporate into our business processes for implementation. Huawei requires all employees to refrain from any activities that violate applicable privacy laws and regulations, and we have established a robust set of incentive and accountability mechanisms to monitor and enforce this. Any employees who fail to maintain compliance will bear legal responsibility accordingly.
