Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei” or “We”), understand and respect the importance of privacy or personal data. Please read and understand this Privacy Statement before your visit and registering or entering the monitored area of Huawei.
You understand that our collection of this information is necessary for visitor management and CSIC exhibition hall security. If you choose not to provide or disagree with our collection and use of the above information, you will not be able to visit Huawei.

  1. Purpose

This Statement describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal data, as well as our legal bases for processing, and the security measures implemented by us to protect your personal safety, as well as, right of owner of the premise, facilities, our properties and assets from damage, vandalism and other crime. It also demonstrates your rights in connection with your personal data, and other related details you need to know before you enter into the premise, building, other of our facilities and/or area, showroom and other areas relating to Huawei.  We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
•      Legal Obligation: it is to complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements, cooperating with government authorities, including but not limited to the laws regarding safety and environment in the workplace.
•      Legitimate Interest: processing based on our legitimate interests to protect your safety. Legitimate interests include enabling us to more effectively manage and operate our business; protecting the security of our businesses, systems, products, services, and customers; complying with internal policies and processes and other legitimate interests described in this policy.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We collect personal data from you in the course of your interaction with us based on requirements for visitor management and CSIC exhibition hall security. Your interaction with us may include;

  1. Your facial and moving footages, images as observable by closed-circuit television (CCTV) devices, when entry and exit the monitored area.
  2. Personal data provided when you contact us, use the services, or request support or help from us, such as contact information (full name, email and mailing address, mobile phone number), business information (company name, industry, position), payment information and your signature.
  1. How Long Huawei Retains Your Personal Data

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this statement, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
We will take relevant security or organizational safeguards for your personal data.

  1. How Huawei Shares Your Personal Data

Huawei may disclose or transfer your personal data with our subsidiaries, Huawei affiliate, and other partners as part of our legitimate interest to achieve the CCTV monitoring purposes provided in this policy. This means your personal data may be transferred to countries or regions outside the places where you are located or where we collect your personal data, and be accessed and stored in those jurisdictions i.e. People's Republic of China.
Huawei may disclose or transfer Personal Data concerning you to comply with legal obligations, or to support or assist law enforcement organizations with regard to the investigation and prosecution of civil or criminal or administrative proceedings.

Subject to Thailand Personal Data Protection law, you have the right to request access to and obtain copy, receive, object the collection/use/disclose, change, delete of destroy, reject, restrict the use, port your information, file a complaint or withdraw consent at any time.
