Security Notice - Statement About the Vulnerability in Huawei B315s-22 Products Disclosed by Security Researcher

Huawei noticed that security researcher Usman Saeed revealed an information leak vulnerability (CVE-2018-7921) in Huawei B315s-22 products, unauthenticated adjacent attackers may exploit this vulnerability to obtain device information. Security researcher Usman Saeed has sent the vulnerability to Huawei PSIRT before disclosing the information. Huawei immediately launched a thorough investigation.
Huawei has finished the investigation. Huawei B315s-22 is affected by this vulnerability and Huawei has already provided a fix solution to the affected carrier. The carrier has released a fixed version. The users who still has the affected version should will receive a system update prompt, users can install the update to fix the vulnerability.
