Under the overarching themes of AI for Inclusivity and AI for Sustainability, Huawei Tech4City 2024 invites participants to explore innovative solutions that leverage AI to enhance digital literacy and contribute to the nation’s digital development.

From 26 March to 9 June 2024, individuals aged between 18 to 35 years old can register for the competition in teams of three to six members and stand a chance to win the Grand Prize of SGD$20,000 in cash. In addition, the top five teams will each receive SGD$2,000 funding and use it to build their prototype, allowing them to bring their ideas to life. More than just a competition, Huawei Tech4City presents an array of opportunities for young talents to cultivate their ideas and skills through networking sessions, tech skills-enhancement programmes, fast tracked into Huawei’s global programmes, and potential internship opportunities, aiming to bring technology for Care, Inclusion, Talent, and Youth. This initiative underscores Huawei’s commitment to nurturing talents in line with the Singapore National AI Strategy 2.0, thus contributing to the nation’s sustainable development agenda.
