Anti-Bribery Compliance

Huawei Technologies España S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Spain" or "Huawei") believes that bribery and corruption damage fair market competition and threaten the development of society, economies, and enterprises. Huawei Spain upholds the core principles of conducting business ethically and with integrity and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Huawei Spain applies a "Zero-Tolerance" approach towards bribery and corruption.

Through active and effective measures, Huawei Spain is committed to establishing a compliance management system that aligns with industry best practices. Huawei Spain has also established an incentive and accountability system to deter and prevent acts of bribery and corruption. Any Huawei employee or any other person/entity who acts on behalf of Huawei must comply with Huawei's  Anti-bribery Policy, and must not, directly or indirectly, offer bribes to any official or any other person/entity in order to gain business advantages. If, for the same purpose, any supplier, service provider, subcontractor, reseller, agent, consultant, ecosystem partner, or other partner of Huawei Spain (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") offers a bribe to any Huawei employee, the employee must reject the bribe and report it to Huawei. During business cooperation, Huawei Spain requires all of its Partners to comply with the Anti-corruption Policy for Huawei Partners, and also adhere to agreement clauses and applicable legally-permitted supervision and control procedures in order to prevent inappropriate behaviors.
