[April-24-2024, Zurich] This year's Huawei Europe Enterprise Roadshow is under the motto "Digital & Green: Accelerate Industrial Intelligence". The digital truck, which travels through a total of 54 cities in 21 European countries, stopped in Zurich yesterday and will gather tomorrow in Lausanne and on 29 April in Bern to demonstrate technology innovation and transfer of expertise to customers and partners of the technology supplier.

Huawei's truck roadshow has started in France and will visit 54 cities in 21 European countries over the next three months. After Spain, Switzerland is already on the travel program, then the digital truck continues through Portugal, Poland, Turkey, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, Luxembourg, Serbia, Hungary, Ireland, Bulgaria and finally Romania.

The Huawei Enterprise Roadshow will showcase breakthrough product innovations from the successful technology equipment supplier, as well as specific industry solutions for government, healthcare, education, retail, industrial or ISP, connecting local customers, partners and industry experts at each of their stations.

Yesterday Yang Wang, Director, Market & Enterprise Solution Sales at Huawei Technologies Switzerland, welcomed the truck at the shipyard in Zurich. Tomorrow, on 25 April, he will visit the Lausanne Stadium before completing his final stint in Switzerland at the Wankdorf in Bern on 29 April.

Yang Wang is satisfied with the first day of the roadshow: "With the Digital Truck, we are showing 'hands-on' the technological excellence with which we can advance the digital transformation of our customers in a wide variety of industries. This tour is a unique opportunity to meet customers and partners, to inform them about the latest trends and, above all, to promote a collaborative ecosystem with which we jointly advance the competitive power of Swiss companies and therefore Switzerland in general."

In the morning, updates for the local loyal Huawei partner network were on the agenda. The afternoon was filled with guided tours of the impressive exhibits in the truck for the customers.

This year's roadshow will also focus on key technologies that drive the convergence of digitalization and sustainability and demonstrate Huawei's technology leadership

For example, in the area of datacom technology presented in the truck, Huawei has been named a leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic QuadrantTM in enterprise wired and wireless LAN infrastructures.

WiFi7 application solutions will be on display. The new WiFi generation offers four times faster speed than its predecessors and much lower latency.

Huawei is also unveiling its OceanStor "All Flash for All Scenarios" data storage portfolio – according to Gartner® Peer InsightsTM Voice of the Customer, Huawei will be the customer's first choice for primary storage in 2024.

Due to the hype in the field of artificial intelligence, storage solutions are facing new challenges:

Data volumes and computing power are the two most important factors. With Huawei's new Oceanstor Pacific, customers can build extremely high-performance data lakes, reducing software development time and accelerating the time-to-market of AI innovation.

Roadshow participants will also explore optical, ISP and MSP products, and other solutions such as the high-quality 10Gbps cloud campus, a data center virtualization solution (DCS), OceanProtect appliance, FTTH and FTTR solutions, and Huawei eKit for pragmatic digitization of.

In addition to the products, Huawei experts will demonstrate scenario-based solutions that are pre-configured for specific requirements in different industries, making them easy and cost-effective to implement.

"As a leader in ICT technologies, Huawei offers a technology portfolio that meets the needs of enterprises in all areas, from network and data storage to cloud and unified communications," adds Yang Wang. "This gives us a 360° view of the challenges of our customers' digital and intelligent transformation and enables us to respond with fundamental innovations that can be deployed quickly and offer excellent value for money."
