Introduction:

Huawei Malaysia 20th Anniversary “#MyHuaweiStory” Campaign is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This campaign is open to all users in Malaysia.

Campaign period:

01 November 2021, 00:00h (UTC+8) to 12th December 2021, 23:59h (UTC+8)

Campaign Mechanics:

  • Participants must follow @HuaweiMalaysia Instagram

  • Participants must write down their special moment with Huawei between 80 – 100 words. Submit the story to email: malaysia@huawei.com

  • Participants must tag 3 friends on @HuaweiMalaysia Instagram Contest Post

  • Winners will be announced on 20th December 2021 on @HuaweiMalaysia Instagram

  • The prizes will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.

Physicial Prizes

  • In-kind prize winners must fill in the official prize claiming form with their contact details within 7 days after winners announcement, including their

  1. Full name
  2. Instagram Name
  3. Instagram Username
  4. Phone Number
  5. Mailing Address (for Delivery)

  • All winners will be announced via @HuaweiMalaysia Instagram post on 20th December 2021.

  • Prize claiming forms deposited after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and void.

  • Prize collection of in-kind prize will be arranged within 60 working days of the campaign’s end date.

  • The prize are not transferable, not assignable and not redeemable for cash.

  • All in-kind prize are subject to availability and on a while-stocks-last basis. Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute any Prizes with prizes of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.

  • All winners shall accept prizes as they are. All in-kind prize(s) are Huawei standard products, and shall entitled to standard warranty services. Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions including its fitness and purpose with respect to the prizes in this campaign.

  • Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to any defect or deficiency of the prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

  • Decisions by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

General:

By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other cost associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

  • Any question, comments or complaints regarding this campaign shall be directed to malaysia@huawei.com.

Email Subject: Huawei Malaysia 20th Anniversary “My Huawei Story”

  • Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Malaysia only.

  • Employee of Huawei technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd or Huawei group, their immediate families, Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

  • The winner selection and publication is final and at the sole discretion of Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

  • Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd may process and use any personal data as provided by the participant in this campaign in line with the local applicable laws. By participating in to this campaign, the participant hereby consent to the collection and/or processing of the participant’s personal data by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the campaign.

  • Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this campaign from time to time.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the campaign.
