Seven Years Running: Huawei Switzerland Again Recognized as a Top Employer

Huawei Switzerland has received recognition from the Top Employers Institute for exemplary people management. The organization honors employers that systematically support their teams and create an environment in which talent can thrive. The technology company impressed the institute with a strategy that promotes international diversity and enables individual development.

The globally active institute assesses companies using a standardized survey covering six dimensions: how talent is acquired and developed, the workplace climate, learning opportunities, career advancement, how diversity is practiced, and the well-being of teams. To receive the certification, companies must undergo a rigorous audit process. This year, employers in 125 countries took part—their HR policies impact around 13 million employees worldwide.
