There is an information leak vulnerability in some Huawei phones. When a local attacker use the camera of a smartphone, the attacker can exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information by performing a series of operations. (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2019-01101)

This vulnerability has been assigned a Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) ID: CVE-2019-5281.

When a local attacker use the camera of a smartphone, the attacker can exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information by performing a series of operations.


The product that supports automatic update will receive a system update prompt. You can install the update to fix the vulnerability.
