How Huawei technologies bring green power and network coverage to rural Cameroon
(March 2024) Seen through the eyes of a young boy who grows up without electricity and phone coverage, Dare for More shows how Huawei technologies have brought solar power to isolated villages in Cameroon. The key products showcased are RuralStar, part of Huawei's stable of rural coverage solutions and RuralSolar, for green solar power.
In early 2024, RuralSolar was providing clean green power to 40,000 homes across Cameroon. And RuralStar was providing connectivity to over 1 million people in 320 villages.
