Born in 1966, Mr. Guo holds a master's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Guo joined Huawei in 1988 and has served as R&D Project Manager, General Manager of Supply Chain, Director of Huawei Executive Office, Chief Legal Officer, President of the Business Process & IT Mgmt Dept, President of the Corporate Development Dept, Chairman and President of Huawei Device, Rotating CEO of Huawei, Chairman of the FC, Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Rotating Chairman of Huawei. Currently, Mr. Guo serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
