By 2025, the world will see upwards of 40 billion personal smart devices. More than 86% of businesses and organizations will use AI, and data utilization will reach 80%. Like the air we breathe, AI services will be everywhere, creating an intelligent world that will reveal endless vistas of opportunity.
To create new opportunities and boost efficiency, organizations must embrace digital platforms that are open, agile, and equipped with state-of-the-art AI capabilities. Join us at HUAWEI CONNECT 2018, and let's explore new opportunities together.
To support the digital transformation of enterprises, networks continue to grow in scale and complexity. This trend calls for more digital approaches to improve efficiency. Data, which is critical to business success, needs to be connected through networks and yet opened up to ecosystem partners. These requirements necessitate an Intent-Driven Network (IDN). This summit brings together industry analysts, well-known customers, and Huawei spokespersons to share their thoughts and experiences. Further, Huawei hopes to share the latest trends and successful practices of network development to drive digital transformation initiatives.
We will witness the evolution of IoT from fragmented to scaled development in 2018 and 2019. In this process, implementers must resolve core issues, such as network and industry convergence and business ecosystem construction. These issues are crucial to large-scale IoT development.
As covered in this summit, Huawei will focus on Connected Vehicle, Smart City, and Public Utilities. Working with partners, Huawei will promote industrial IoT and large-scale commercial use through expanded connections and invigorated industries.
As a new technology, artificial intelligence is changing the industry and economic landscape. This year Digital Forum, with the theme "An Intelligent Path Towards Digital Economy”, will gather policymakers, think tanks, industry leaders, and experts etc., to discuss how to use artificial intelligence to unleash the potential of every person, home, and organization, to tap into new opportunities of a digital economy valued at US$23 trillion.
This summit aims to share Huawei's strategic layouts, technological innovation, and industry practices in the cloud data center field. Huawei will release AI-related products and solutions, and team up with customers and partners to share industry-oriented scenario-specific solutions and best practices in the industry.
This summit covers a range of topics: Huawei's practices for digital transformation, how Huawei develops its business with the help of digital transformation, and the ways in which digital technologies such as AI, the IoT, and Cloud platforms are used to enable digital transformation.
Digital transformation is changing the world in which we live but is often accompanied by security threats. To drive all industries in exploring solutions and guiding the direction of enterprise digital transformation, Huawei works together with industry leaders and adheres to a legal and compliant security strategy. Huawei not only launches innovative security solutions to support 5G, IoT, SoftCOM, Safe City, and private cloud scenarios, but also demonstrates new ideas, methods, and achievements in resolving security risks in enterprise digital transformation and develops best practices with key players in the industry.
Smart City enters the 3.0 phase. A city needs a stronger nervous system to integrate the physical world with the digital world. Huawei is committed to building a world-leading smart city nervous system. By adhering to "Platform + Ecosystem" strategy, Huawei leads smart city construction standards, and helps more and more global cities become smart as a practitioner. At this summit, Huawei will illustrate how to build a fertile ecosystem for smart cities to aggregate partners and enable application innovation. We also invite industry leaders and customers to share the development trends and best practices in the smart city domain to jointly explore cities' road to digital transformation.
