Industrial Batteries

As a Producer under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, we Huawei Technologies (UK) Co. Ltd. import Lead Acid industrial batteries incorporated in or for use in certain telecommunications network equipment which is intended to be placed on the market during this year or was placed on the market in the preceding three years.

We are obliged to take back free of charge waste industrial batteries we supplied to an end user for treatment and recycling. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market.
