Mr. Li joined Huawei in 1999 and has served as General Manager of the Xi'an Representative Office, Assistant to the President of the China Region, President of the Eastern and Southern Africa Region, President of the Southern Africa Region, and President of the West European Region. Currently, Mr. Li serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and President of the Carrier BG.
