    In 2022, Huawei’s annual revenue reached CNY642,338 million, a YoY increase of 0.9%. Net profits amounted to CNY35,562 million.
  • Main businesses
    The Company and its subsidiaries principally provide end-to-end Information and Communications Technology solutions. This includes the research, design, manufacture and marketing of telecom network equipment, IT products and solutions, cloud technology and services, digital power products and solutions and smart devices for telecom carriers, enterprises and consumers.
  • Research and innovation
    Huawei is the 4th largest R&D investor worldwide according to the 2022 EU Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard.
        Every year, Huawei invests at least 10% of its sales revenue in R&D. In 2022, our total R&D expenditure amounted to CNY161.5 billion, equal to 25.1% of the company's total revenue. Our total R&D investment over the past decade amounted to more than CNY977.3 billion.
        With a total of over 120,000 patents, Huawei has one of the largest patent portfolios in the world.
