Rules of the Lucky Draw Performed during HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 FLORENCE
HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 FLORENCE (hereinafter “Huawei Connect” or “HC 2026 FLORENCE) is an event organized by Huawei Technologies Dusseldorf GmbH, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Germany, and its registered office located at Hansaallee 205, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei”, "we", "us" or "our"). It is Huawei’s annual flagship event for the global ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry to customers, partners and students (who are above 18 years old or adult age according to their residence country local laws and regulations). DigitALL Night 2026 (a section for university students who have reached 18 years old or adult age) is included in HC 2026 FLORENCE. Registered Participants of this section, are able to join in other sessions of the HC 2026 FLORENCE as well.
This year we will organize a Lucky Draw event for attendees who properly registered for the DigitALL Night 2026 in accordance with the rules set below.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, you agree with the terms below. If you do not agree or cannot understand them, please do not join the Lucy Draw Activity.
Eligibility
The Lucky Draw is open to all attendees of the DigitALL Night 2026 who are aged 18 years or older or of an adult age according to their residence country local laws and regulations.
Employees of Huawei and its affiliates who are directly involved in organizing, operating or administering the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate.
Participation
To participate in the Lucky Draw, the participants must enter the venue where the DigitALL Night 2026 will be organized, and they will be given a unique participation code number, distributed sequentially at the venue in order of arrival, which will serve as their attribute for the Lucky Draw.
A random number will be selected during the draw from all the distributed codes. The selection process is automatic and will take place online. There are no winning criteria except the random extraction of the numbers. No additional personal data will be used for the purpose of selecting the winning numbers.
Only one code per participant is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Entry Period
The Lucky Draw will be open for entries during Digital Night 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Prizes
Huawei will specify the prizes to be won, including the their nature, quantity and approximate value . Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Huawei reserves the right to substitute a prize with another if the original prize is unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all the distributed code numbers after the Entry Period closes. Huawei’s decision regarding all aspects of the Lucky Draw is final and binding. The Lucky Draw will be conducted online by Huawei's IT team, using only once numbers for the draw without utilizing any personal information.
The winning numbers will only be announced at the DigitALL Night 2026, and winners can claim their prizes by presenting their numbers. Attendees who are unable to collect their prizes on-site may contact the organizing Huawei staff within 15 working days after the DigitALL Night 2026 to obtain the prize collection location, where they can still claim their prizes by presenting their numbers.
Personal Data
No additional personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of randomly selecting the winning numbers, as the Lucky Draw will be conducted using participation code numbers only.
Personal data may be processed where necessary for event registration, identity or eligibility verification, prize collection, communication with winners who do not collect their prizes on-site, compliance with legal obligations, or the handling of any queries or disputes related to the Lucky Draw.

Disqualification
Huawei reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Rules, provides false information, or attempts to tamper with the Lucky Draw process.
Liability
Huawei shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Lucky Draw or acceptance of any prize, except to the extent caused by the Organizer’s negligence or willful misconduct, or where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendment and Cancellation
Huawei reserves the right to amend these Rules or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
