Furthermore, as an active participant of and key contributor to global industry standards, Huawei holds the utmost respect for the intellectual property of others, and we are equally committed to protecting the intellectual property we have painstakingly developed.

Huawei has a contractual agreement with Motorola Solutions permitting the resale of our wireless communication equipment. Similarly, Huawei has an OEM agreement with Lemko authorizing the resale of our wireless base station equipment. Apart from this distributor agreement, Huawei has no other relationship with Lemko.
