Chairman Fang Xiangyang states that, “We deployed twelve branch banks in Gansu Province these years. It’s quite protracted and costly to fully cover areas through traditional bank branches. Therefore, we turned to comprehensive VTM self-service banks which provide 24-hour counter service to make people’s daily lives easier.” The bank’s Director of Customer Service Centers also very much appreciates these VTM service, as they help reinforce their service channels and develop customer relationships. What’s more, the CIO speaks highly of Huawei’s professional training and service for its own technical staff, which contributes to the bank’s prosperous development.
Thanks to VTM, experts from the bank’s headquarters can serve customers in remote branches, so elite expert resources be utilized to the fullest. The Bank of Lanzhou aims to deploy VTMs in all of Lanzhou’s large communities in the next three to five years.
