Boosting the safety of South African rail

(July 2024) PRASA provides most of the passenger rail transport for South Africa’s population of nearly 60 million people. But security was a problem. After the company lost 642 kilometers of electrical cable and other equipment to theft, they called Huawei to install a system that would secure PRASA’s premises and its assets.
