Consumer would pay more for green networks, GSMA Intelligence finds

An international study suggests that 60% of people surveyed would pay more for broadband if they could get it from carbon-neutral providers.

That’s just one finding revealed by Emanuel Kolta, lead analyst on a study by GSMA Intelligence in partnership with Huawei.

The quest to go carbon-neutral opens up a whole new world for telecoms, says Kolta, as enterprises and consumers gravitate toward the greenest providers they can find.
