Horsebridge awarded Five-Star Certification by Huawei Service Partner Program
[Cheltenham, 3 December 2019] Horsebridge, a network solutions provider, has become a Huawei-certified service partner for IP networks in the UK. Horsebridge is the first to receive Huawei’s five-star status in recognition of its service capabilities in enterprise networking.
The Huawei Service Partner Program includes a ladder of partnership levels, along with partner performance and incentives. It enables Huawei and its partners to work together to supply the needs of diverse markets with outstanding service solutions.

The certification requirements are stringent, requiring multiple experts to receive training and qualify for credentials such as Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA), Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) and Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE), the provision of a 24x7 Technical Assistance Center, four hour response SLAs and in-field technicians.
