For mobile operators that do not have 3G license, Huawei provides a WiMAX 16e hybrid solution capable of integrating with existing networks.With the solution, operators can deploy the network phase by phase, starting with a loosely coupled, enhanced loosely coupled network and finally to a tightly coupled network. Operators can greatly benefit from sharing site resource such as equipment room, transmission resource, power and backup, to save total cost of ownership. Furthermore, at each stage, more and more network elements, like HA, HLR, AAA, O&M and so on, can be reused.
