It is a value-added service system, which consists of the voice value-added service (uIVR) and information value-added service (InfoSearch). UIVR is a solution to increase call completion rate, and provide services in terms of voicemail and missed call notification service, which efficiently reduces traffic loss. The InfoSearch provides specific consulting services in terms of ticket booking, room reservation, and information consulting to help carriers create new value chains.
