OCS
The OCS is composed of modules such as billing, rating, and account management. It implements the online billing function. With the help of other billing NE equipment (online billing event request equipment based on sessions and events, such as SCP, CCG, and ISMP), the OCS can carry out the traffic control in real time. The OCS can be independent of the offline billing system and operate as an independent node. The OCS and the offline billing system can be integrated as the same system.
