The E-government network of Anhui Province adopts hierarchical design and is divided into three layers: backbone layer, distribution layer and access layer.

The data center of PetroChina Southwest Marketing Company is the core of petroleum business in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan Provinces. All traffic will be ultimately converged at this data center. The reliability, stability and security of the network are the key to good operation of the entire network.

The whole network consists of the core layer, the convergence layer, the access layer and the egress. The dual-homing mode is adopted for networking between the core layer and the convergence layer, and between the core layer and the egress to ensure the security and stability of the network.

The tree plus star networking is adopted for the WAN of CDT, and the network consists of the core layer and the access layer. The Beijing headquarters serve as the core node and two NE80 core routers from Huawei are adopted as the core node equipment of the entire WAN.

In view of the port configuration need and the equipment technical performance and service network security performance, the NE20-8 router is adopted at the core node as the core equipment. The intelligent service center router Quidway® AR 46-40 from Huawei is adopted in the backbone layer.

To ensure high reliability and scalability, each device in the core layer is set to be the redundancy backup of its adjacent devices, adopting the Dynamic Routing Protocol. Thus, services cannot be interrupted.
