	Potential Supplier Registration Agreement Confirm and Approval of Huawei Potential Supplier Registration Agreement: Ownership,interpretation and operating rights of services supplied by Huawei potential supplier registration system are only in possession of Huawei; Services supplied by Huawei potential supplier registration system are only applicable to companies or corporations who are intended to become formal suppliers of Huawei and whose behaviors must abide by the following agreement. If failed to abide by the agreement, they cannot become Huawei potential supplier registration system users. This agreement takes effective upon approval of these potential suppliers. Huawei reserves the right to upgrade this agreement and then notify registered users of the upgrade. 1. Copyright All contents in the website, including but not limited to figures, photos, words and programs, are under protection of Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, related laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China as well as international treaties of intellectual property with China's participation. Huawei owns the whole copyrights of all contents in the website. No duplication or transfer to any third party in any manner is allowed without permission. Without written consent of Huawei, online information without any modification may not used for any other commercial purpose for users themselves. No user is allowed to duplicate the HTML files created by Huawei without permission. Huawei owns the copyright of HTML files in the website. Huawei also has the copyrights of all icons, decorations, forms, colors, word expressions and their combinations, page design, database. In addition, Huawei posses the unique release and use rights of information released. Without permission of Huawei, No user is allowed to duplicate, use, reprint or transfer the information to any third party. 2. Publish of Information Potential suppliers must supply proper and valid company information. All original information will be cited as registration information. If actual information of the supplier changes, the supplier shall upgrade its registration information timely and all registration information input will be deemed as the identity information of the potential supplier. If it is discovered a potential supplier offers wrong, false, out of date or invalid information, Huawei reserves the right to terminate the potential supplier registration service provided to the supplier. Potential supplier receives information Huawei sends irregularly by E-mail. No user is allowed to: ● Send or store any information in violation of applicable laws or regulations, ● Infringe copyright, trademark, commercial secret or other intellectual property, ● Impinge personal or social privacy safety, transit any illegal, annoying, offensive, intimidatory, harmful, vulgar or nasty information in the Huawei potential supplier registration website. No user is allowed to: ● Publish any information which is not in compliance with the website. ● Publish incomplete, wrong, false or misleading information; In addition, users shall take full responsibility for what they have published. 3. Use of Information Information in the potential supplier registration website is only used for Huawei to certify suppliers. Success registration of potential suppliers does not demonstrate they have cooperated with Huawei. According to the registration information from the potential suppliers, Huawei makes decision whether to carry out certification. None could use information in the website for any other commercial purpose without written permission of Huawei. 4. Keeping of Information Information registered through the supplier registration system will be kept for 24 months (it is calculated as of the termination date of period of validity of publish). 5. Publicity of Information Any information in the website may be accessed to any visitors of the website and wrongly used. The website will not bear any responsibility therein. 6. Correctness of Information Potential suppliers shall independently undertake the correctness of information they have supplied in Huawei potential supplier registration system and other linking pages. 7. Modification and Deletion of Information Any visitor may not modify or delete any information not published by themselves. However, Huawei is entitled to modify of delete any improper information according to its judgment. 9. Disputes resolution If any dispute occurs, both parties shall settle it down through friendly negotiation. If the dispute still cannot be solved, any party has right to submit to Shenzhen Arbitration Committee for arbitration. 10. Exemption Clause In spite of no real-time monitoring in the website, the network reserves the right to carry out real-time monitoring. The network will not bear any responsibility caused by information published by a third party rather than itself. Provisions in aforesaid User Agreement are in compliance with related laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. If any conflict between them occurs, the laws and regulations prevail. Users and Huawei have reached an agreement about the User Agreement.
