Huawei offers a complete videoconferencing solution for successful collaboration, which includes video bridge (ViewPoint 8620E), Gatekeeper, Data conference server and full range terminals (ViewPoint Pavo, ViewPoint 8030mBox, and ViewPoint OpenEye), introduced as follows:
- ViewPoint 8620E: Core parts of the whole solution, advanced video switching and audio processing MCU are based on H.323&H.320 protocol. The requirements of the customer lead to various configuration and different capacities.
- ViewPoint SMC&GK: As managing platform, unified management of MCU, conference and IP routing function.
- ViewPoint Pavo/8030mBox: The ViewPoint Pavo is a camera built in the group video terminal, while the ViewPoint 8030mBox is a video codec without camera. These two types deliver high quality audio/video and friendly GUI.
- ViewPoint OpenEye: The ViewPoint OpenEye is a pure software desktop terminal, installed in PC, supply audio, video and data communication. It is easy to use.
- ViewPoint DCS: Optional. DCS could be used for multipoint data conference in favor of video conference. Application sharing, file transfer, white board and online chat are supported under H.320/H.323.

- Convenient Conference Control: Customers can get complete control of the conference via service management center. They can also control it acting as Chairman from the terminal side, without requiring extra assistance..
- Clear and smooth video: Leveraging the ViewProcessing patent technology, the ViewPoint series terminals can supply 30fps@192kbps motion pictures.
- Clear and crystal audio: With the AGC, ANS, AEC audio digital processing technology, the ViewPoint series terminals inspire high quality crystal audio.
- Excellent Desktop Transmission: A built-in desktop transmission function enables the customers to share PC applications without data conference, or requiring any extra device. .
