Introduction

Huawei first entered the French market in 2003 and is based in Paris - La Défense. Huawei has a staff strength in France, of which more than half are local employees.

Due to the excellent response from the market, Huawei continues to expand its investment in France and is currently attracting more local experts.

To service the French market, Huawei opened a fully-functional and industry-leading Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in La Défense in December 2003. The TAC is open 24/7, 365 days per year.

In addition, it has 16 fully-trained product specialist engineers working within the TAC, with technical escalation to research and development to ensure service promise commitments are met.

Training

To meet local training requirements, Huawei has recently opened a state-of-the-art training centre in Suresnes. The training centre includes a training lab, training areas and rooms dedicated to technical courses, and can accomodate up to 20 students.

The French Training Centre enables Huawei to conduct quality training services for customers and partners in France and Europe. The high level of expertise of our instructors ensures the best transfer of knowledge on Broadband Networks, Optical Networks, Next Generation Networks and Wireless Solutions.
