Security Notice - Statement about the Privilege Escalation Vulnerability in Huawei Mate 7 Smart phones

Huawei has learned from public sources that Huawei Mate 7 smart phones (versions MT7-TL10V100R001CHNC00B122SP06) have the privilege escalation vulnerability. Huawei has started an investigation immediately after learning about the vulnerability.

After the investigation, Huawei confirms that versions MT7-TL10V100R001CHNC00B122SP06 of Huawei Mate 7 smart phones are affected by the vulnerability, which is a vulnerability of the original Google Android vulnerability and numbered CVE-2014-7911.
