Security Notice - Statement on the Huawei Honor Router Vulnerability Mentioned at the GeekPwn Conference

Huawei noticed that security researcher YangKun from CHAITIN TECH demonstrated a security vulnerability of Huawei’s Honor Router WS831 at the GeekPwn Conference in Macao on May 12, 2016. Huawei immediately launched an investigation.

Huawei has finished investigation and analysis, confirmed that Huawei Honor Router is affected by this vulnerability. Huawei has delivered Security Advisories. The link of the security advisory is:
