Security Advisory - Improper Authentication Vulnerability in Several Smartphones

There is an improper authentication vulnerability in several smartphones. The system does not properly sign certain encrypted file, the attacker should gain the key used to encrypt the file, successful exploit could cause certain file be forged. (Vulnerability ID: HWPSIRT-2019-10020)
This vulnerability has been assigned a Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) ID: CVE-2020-9244.

The attacker should gain the key used to encrypt the file.
Vulnerability details:
The system does not properly sign certain encrypted file, the attacker should gain the key used to encrypt the file, successful exploit could cause certain file be forged.
The product that supports automatic update will receive a system update prompt. You can install the update to fix the vulnerability.
This vulnerability was discovered by Huawei internal tester.
